Props ("Props," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Props mobile application
(the "App"), a marketplace that connects hosts and brands with talent for
events, and lets attendees buy tickets to public events. This Privacy Policy
explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and
the choices you have. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to
this policy.
Who we are
The App is provided by props. everywhere, LLC, located at 3210 W Dallas St,

Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account information. Your name, email address, password (stored in encrypted form by our authentication provider), and date of birth, which we use to confirm you meet our minimum age requirement.
Profile information. For talent and hosts, this includes photos you upload, a bio, the city or area you work in, categories or roles, rates, and brand details. For attendees, a lighter profile with photos and city.
Bookings, applications, and tickets. Records of the events you book, apply to, host, or buy tickets for, including dates, locations, and status.
Messages. Messages you send to other users through the App.
Payment information. When you make a booking, buy a ticket, or set up payouts, payment and payout details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card number or bank details on our servers. For talent and hosts who receive payouts, Stripe may also collect tax identification information to meet legal reporting obligations.
Location information. City and area you enter for your profile or for events. We use a maps provider to power location search. We do not track your precise background location.
Device and usage information. A push notification token (if you enable notifications), and basic usage and diagnostic data that helps us operate and improve the App.
How we use your information
To create and manage your account and profile.
To operate the marketplace: surfacing talent to hosts, enabling casting calls, bookings, applications, guest lists, and event tickets.
To process payments, bookings, ticket purchases, refunds, and talent payouts through Stripe.
To enable messaging between users where the App allows it.
To send you notifications about bookings, messages, applications, and account activity, where you have enabled them.
To maintain safety and integrity, including reviewing profiles, handling blocks and reports, and preventing fraud or abuse.
To understand how the App is used so we can improve it, including analyzing why people leave when they delete an account.
To comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting related to payouts.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the App:
Other users. Your public profile (such as your display name, photos, bio, role, and reviews) is visible to other users as part of the marketplace. Attendees are not listed publicly as talent. Private information such as your email and date of birth is not shown to other users.
Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate the App, including Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Stripe (payments, payouts, and tax reporting), a maps provider (location search), and Expo (push notification delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Props, our users, or the public.
Payments
Bookings and event tickets are real world services that take place off the
App. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Talent and hosts who receive
payouts connect a Stripe account, and Stripe may collect and report tax
information as required by law. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own
terms and privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to
provide the App. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your
profile and associated personal data, as described below. We may retain
limited records where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud prevention
purposes, and anonymized or aggregated information that does not identify you.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account at any time from inside the App. Go
to Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account, and confirm.
This immediately and permanently removes your profile, bookings, tickets,
messages, uploaded photos, and related personal data. Deletion cannot be
undone. We may retain a minimal record that an account was deleted, and
limited information required for legal or tax compliance.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your profile information at any time in the App.
You can turn push notifications on or off in the App's notification settings or in your device settings.
You can block other users and report content or behavior that violates our rules.
You can delete your account as described above.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at contact@propseverywhere.com.
Security
We use industry standard measures to protect your information, including
encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or
storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we
work to protect your data and to address issues promptly.
Children
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children. You must be at
least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to create an
account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you
believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material
changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you
in the App. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the
revised policy.
