We typically respond within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, please include "URGENT" in your subject line.
Hosts browse talent and send a booking request, or post a casting call that talent apply to. Once a booking is confirmed and paid, both sides can message in the app to sort out the details.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. If a host cancels a confirmed booking, the refund depends on how far in advance the cancellation happens, and the policy is shown in the app at the time of booking. If a host cancels a paid public event, ticket holders are refunded in full.
Talent and hosts who receive money connect a Stripe account from Settings, then Payout settings. Payouts are released after the relevant event is completed, subject to Stripe processing times. You are responsible for your own taxes.
Attendees can buy tickets to public events directly in the app. Your tickets live in the Tickets tab, and if an event is cancelled by the host you are automatically refunded.
Yes. Go to Settings, then Apply to Become Talent, and submit your details. We review applications and will let you know once you are approved.
Use the block and report tools built into profiles and conversations, or email us at contact@propseverywhere.com. We review every report and act on objectionable content and abusive users, typically within 24 hours. See our Code of Conduct for the standards we hold.
Open the app and go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, bookings, tickets, messages, and uploaded photos.
On the sign-in screen, you can reset your password, or email us and we will help you regain access.
